As a mother of two, I (Coach Ashlie) have experienced first hand how under served pregnant and postpartum women are in the health and fitness industry. My vision is to provide safe and effective exercise programs and support that empower women during their pregnancy and afterwards. There are so many benefits to exercise and strength training during pregnancy for beginners and experienced individuals alike!

STRONGMAN & STRONGWOMAN
Strongman is an increasingly growing sport that is both incredibly challenging and fun! It consisted of a variety of implements and lifts that will strengthen your entire body and have you performing feats you didn't know were possible! Whether you are looking at competing or want to incorporate this style of lifting into your routine, we've got you covered with solid equipment and coaching.

POWERLIFTING
Squat. Bench. Deadlift. This sport is based off of these three lifts. With proper programming and technique you will learn to master these lifts with confidence. On meet day, Ashlie comes well prepared and will be right at your side, helping you warm up, decide your weights, gear up and then cheering at the top of her lungs as you make your lift attempt!
