About Ashlie
Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Specialist, Strength and Conditioning Coach,  Certified Pre- and Post Natal Coach and Owner of Iron Siren Strength and Fitness

You have value. You have worth. You are so much more than a number on the scale.

In a world obsessed with appearances, I want to encourage people to take a step back and appreciate themselves as they are. True health isn’t about chasing an impossible standard—it’s about respecting your body, fueling it well, and discovering what it’s truly capable of.

I’m Ashlie, a mother of two, a strength coach, and someone who finds pure joy in helping others unlock their full potential. I love lifting heavy things, challenging myself, and proving that fitness is about so much more than aesthetics—it’s about strength, empowerment, and confidence.

My Journey to Strength: Over a decade ago, I stepped into the fitness industry with one goal: to change it.
I started my own fitness journey 13 years ago, driven by the desire for a smaller waist. Like so many, I believed that happiness and self-worth were tied to a number, a size, or an idealized version of myself. But as I trained, something shifted. I realized that health and fitness aren’t about shrinking myself—they’re about expanding what I believe I can do.

We’ve been conditioned to hate our bodies, always striving for an unattainable “perfection.” The truth is, perfection doesn’t exist—and the pursuit of it only leads to frustration and self-doubt. It took me years to understand what it truly means to love my body, and even now, I have moments where I fight against feelings of inadequacy. But today, I can say without a doubt that I have more respect and appreciation for my body than ever before.

I train hard and fuel my body not to fit an unrealistic mold, but because I love feeling strong, capable, and energized. I no longer strive to look like her—the airbrushed, unattainable figure that society says we should chase. Instead, I embrace the best version of myself—a version with acne scars (teen years were rough), cellulite (thank you, genetics), laugh lines (I smile a lot!), stretch marks, and a c-section scar (because I brought two amazing humans into this world!). None of these are flaws; they are part of life.

My Mission: You can love yourself and still want to grow. Change doesn’t have to come from a place of self-loathing—it can come from self-respect. That’s why my approach to coaching goes beyond just workouts and nutrition. I believe that to create lasting change, we have to address not just the physical, but also the mental and emotional aspects of health.

Through Iron Siren Strength and Fitness, my mission is to make strength accessible to everyone. I want to work with individuals from all walks of life, helping them build a strong foundation—physically, mentally, and emotionally—so they can create a lifetime of health, confidence, and resilience.

You are already enough. You are already worthy. Now, let’s discover just how strong you can be.
