Uplift Strength and Fitness is hosting their first ever strongwoman competition in Boise, Idaho! This event will consist of a frame/zercher carry,  press medley, max axle wagon wheel deadlift, sandbag loading and a truck pull (working to get a semi cab for this event!) Athletes will be receiving an event t-shirt, a swag bag, and be entered into a raffle to win a rockin' Strong Woman backpack.  In addition, a portion of the proceeds will be going to the Idaho Coalition Against Sexual and Domestic Violence.

Come out, lift heavy, meet other badass babes and support a good cause on July 10, 2021 at The Lift Bar & Grill!
