Sarah and Siera competed in their very first Strongman competition! It was awesome seeing these best friends crush their events at The Sinister Games in Idaho Falls this weekend. The competition involved a deadlift series, Viking press, sandbag throw, last man standing stone loading, and a chain drag/husafel carry medley. They already have their eyes set on their next competition!
