Uplift Strength and Fitness is moving to the Boise area!

It may just be an empty garage now, but over the last 3 years it's been filled with so much beauty and badassery. I have had the privilege to coach so many incredible individuals. You all have inspired me with your heart, your perseverance and your friendship. Thank you for taking a leap of faith to come train with some chick in her garage. I am going to miss you tons and I am confident in your continued health, fitness and strength journeys. Always remember you are worth it, you are loved, and you can do anything you set your mind too. #stronggettingstronger ​
